Published assignments are only a part of our searches. The others are run by direct approach, at our clients' request. A confidential remit, a role still filled, a reorganisation to be prepared quietly. They will appear nowhere.

Our current searches are run by direct approach and are not advertised. That is how Executive Search normally works. The executives we are looking for do not read job listings, so we go and find them.
That does not mean there is nothing for you. Write to us. We keep your career details for two years at most, and we come back to you when an assignment matches.

Your details are kept for two years at most, and beyond that only with your explicit agreement (GDPR).
